Returns and Exchanges

In the event that you wish to return or exchange your purchase, you may return items to us within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

PLEASE NOTE THAT GIFT CARDS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE,  MUGS & CLOTHING CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED IN THE EVENT THAT EITHER THE PRINTING OR THE GARMENT ITSELF IS FAULTY AND AXE PRODUCTS CAN ONLY BE RETURNED IN THE EVENT OF A FAULT.

Please contact us at support@norsespirit.com prior to returning items in order to obtain an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). This number must be included on a note inside your return. Returns received without an RMA number cannot be processed.

You are responsible for the cost of sending items back to us, but no additional charge will be made for shipping exchange items back out to you.

When returning items, please use a trackable shipping service or consider purchasing shipping insurance for your own protection.

Once your return is received and checked we will email you to notify that we have received it. Exchanges will usually be sent out to you within a day or so of notification and any refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. This will typically appear on your statement within 2-3 business days of being authorized.
